Another way to support your busy lifestyle is to add jalapeno's to your diet.
Salsa is easy and healthy as a condiment, or quick snack.
Super Easy Blender Salsa
Combine the following in a blender:
¼ of a 28 oz can of organic diced tomatoes
cilantro to taste
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeno pepper
2-3 drops Lime Vitality Essential Oil
3 tsp sea salt
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chili powder
½ white or yellow onion, minced
Blend/pulse until onion is in small pieces, add the rest of the can of tomatoes, pulse a few more times, and you’re ready to go!
