I use this oil to keep my cat from scratching on the screen door. In the Spring, Charlie thinks that he is an outside cat who can roam the neighborhood. He is sadly mistaken. 

So, to deter him from scratching on the screen door glass, I apply 2 drops of Citrus Fresh to a round cotton pad. After the oil has soaked into the cotton pad, I wipe the oil infused cotton pad across the bottom of the screen door. He will cautiously smell the oil, then, turn up his nose and walk away.
