Chipotle and Cheese Skillet Dip Recipe

chipotle and cheese skillet dip

The cilantro, onion, and radish combined with the chipotle give this dip just a bit of spice to the cheese. Not too hot, but enough to give this cheese some zest. The radishes gave this cheese dip a nice crunch. All of the flavors combined makes this a wonderful party appetizer.

You will need-

7.5 oz can of chipotle in adobe sauce
1 lb. of Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. of  Pepper jack cheese

For toppings-
Green onions
Fresh cilantro
Diced tomatoes
Radishes

Directions-

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice up the chipotles.
Mix your sliced chipotle in adobe sauce and cheese together in a bowl.
When combined transfer to your cast iron skillet.
Bake in your oven for 20 minutes or until the edges of the cheese dips turns brown and bubbly.

Serve with your favorite chips or sliced vegetables.
