Halloween Scary Eyes - Gluten Free Recipe

This gluten free, Halloween treat is a fun addition to your Halloween party. A few minutes in the oven and you will have a scary treat ready for the party table.

Halloween scary eyes

Ingredients:

Gluten Free pretzels
Red sprinkles
Chocolate icing
M&M's
Green candy melts

Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
Place parchment paper over your cookie sheet.
Place your pretzels on the parchment paper.
Put a candy melt on top of the pretzel.

Put in the 250 degree oven for approximately 5 minutes. (More or less depending on the heat of your oven.)
Place the M&M on the candy melt and gently press in.
Sprinkle the red candy sprinkles around the green candy melt.
Place your icing in a large storage bag, cut off the tip of one end of the bag. When your treat has cooled place the icing in the middle of the M&M.
(I found it was easier to apply the icing when the scary eye treat had cooled. When I put the icing on the warm treat, it melted and slide on the M&M.)

When your Halloween Scary Eyes have cooled place them in a storage container.

"Double, double toil and trouble; fire burn and cauldron bubble." William Shakespeare-Macbeth

This is a nice sweet and salty treat. They taste like a chocolate covered pretzel. Only less mess, you do not need to touch the chocolate.
