How do you sum up your life in a couple of paragraphs. Especially when you have experienced great lows and tremendous highs.
Hey, life happens.
Just a little bit of background. My first car was a matador. Yes, a matador was an actual car. (Yes, I consider this a tremendous high. When it was not in for repairs, I had my own set of wheels.)
I worked retail for many years. During this time, I was married, and had a wonderful son. We lived in a small rural farming community and when my husband became employed at a new job, we relocated, an hour away, to another small farming community. Ahh, you really have to enjoy the fine art of listening to corn grow.
When my son was in elementary school, I was able to take classes at the local community college and became a preschool teacher. I worked with children from 6 weeks of age to 6 years. I have many wonderful stories. I met many wonderful, caring parents and fantastic children.
I have started working on a new chapter in my life, creating and working on my blog. I have learned so much about myself during this new venture. I can do more things than I have ever given myself credit for. Given an opportunity to write and express yourself through the written word can, in and of itself, be a healing process.
Participated in a 5k, worked as a preschool teacher, have a wonderful son, and married to a caring husband.
So welcome...grab a cup of coffee and let's chat.
