Gluten Free, Crock Pot Pumpkin Spice LatteIngredients I used were:
- 3/4 cup strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons canned pureed pumpkin
- 2 cups milk (I used almond milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
In your crock pot add coffee and milk to the stoneware. Whisk in pumpkin, spices, sugar and vanilla. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Whisk again. Ladle into mugs and garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
This was so easy to create and is a delicious treat for visitors to your home during these beautiful fall days.
I did add more honey to my cup of latte. While my husband prefers strong coffee with no sugar, I prefer to add a splash of sweetness to my drink.
